“A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove…but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.” –Kathy Davis
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! I’d like to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciate the work you do. As a former teacher, I understand the sacrifices you make. I also know the positive impact you make on your students’ lives daily.
You are helping to create a more literate future. I know writing is a difficult subject to teach. However, the rewards down the road for children with strong written communication skills are boundless. You are truly changing lives by helping your students become better writers. You are our greatest natural resource!
Here are three inspirational posters I’d like you to have. Click here to download them for your classroom.
Thank you for all that you do each and every day. You never stop thinking of ways to motivate and inspire. You deserve to be honored this week (and every week) for the incredible job you do!
